About Us
Here at Barrett Farms, we have specialized in grain farming since 1996, but began our retail business selling landscape mulch in 2000.
Since then, we have grown into a commercial grain trucking business as well as a drainage tile retailer.
Our Story
Barrett Farms is a multi-generational farm that started out as a small grain farm owned by Robert Butts in 1951. From there, Blaine worked alongside his Papaw Bob until he bought the business in 1996 and gave Barrett Farms its name.
Since then, Blaine and Lori have raised their four kids, Avree, Aidan, Anson and Amrin on the farm. After Avree and Aidan furthered their agricultural education in college, they came back the family farm to help the business grow into the multifaceted company it is today.
On top of farming, we now operate a commercial grain hauling business and we are a retailer for drainage tile and landscape mulch. Our credibility is backed by the ongoing years that we’ve provided services to the community.
